14.5 converted to a fraction

Greetings, I am a high-school student and at the end of the termI will have my exams in math. I was never a math genius, but now I am worried that I won't be able to finish this course. I came across 14.5 converted to a fraction and several other algebra problems that I can’t figure out. the following topics really made me freak out: equivalent fractions and triangle similarity .paying for a tutor is impossible for me, because I don't have any money. Please help me!!

That’s exactly the kind of problem I had faced. Can you elaborate a bit more on what your problems are with 14.5 converted to a fraction? Yeah. Getting an inexpensive tutor appropriate to your wants is somewhat easier said than done these days. But even I went on to do just about all the things that you are doing now. But then, my hunt was over when I realized that there are a number of software in algebra. They are reasonably priced. I was in reality pleased with it. May be this is just what suits you. What do you think about this?

It would really be great if you could let us know about a tool that can provide both. If you could get us a home tutoring software that would give a step-by-step solution to our problem, it would really be good. Please let us know the reliable websites from where we can get the software.

Is it really true that a program can do that? I don’t really know much anything about this Algebra Buster but I am really looking for some assistance so would you mind sharing me where could I find that program? Is it downloadable over the internet? I’m hoping for your quick reply because I really need assistance desperately.
