inequalities lesson for 9th grade math drill

Hey guys!. Ever since I have started inequalities lesson for 9th grade math drill at college I never seem to be able to learn it well. I am very good at all the other chapters, but this particular section seems to be my weak point. Can some one help me in learning it easily?

It explains everything thoroughly and makes the topics seem very easy. I must say that it is indeed worth every single penny.
