pre-ged math worksheets

Hi! We just started tackling a new topic in math regarding pre-ged math worksheets and I did pretty good for most assignments we had but the latest one my teacher gave confusing so I'd love if somebody would help me to understand it! It’s a problem solving assignment my math teacher gave out this day and it’s due next week and I tried answering it but still can’t get it right. I can’t answer it with ease unlike the other homeworks. I had an easy time doing my past assignments but this particular assignment with specific topic of rational inequalities gives me a hard time just discovering how to begin. I’m desperately in need of help. I’ll really appreciate if someone help me in showing the steps and how to solve it in a organized and clear way.

You seem to be facing a similar problem that I had last month. I too thought of getting a paid tutor to work it out for me. But they are so expensive that I just could not afford them.
