I think God must have been in a really bad mood decided to come up with something called math to trouble us! I’ve spent days trying to figure out a solution to this math problem which relates to free worksheets for the rules of exponents in college algebra and I still can’t crack it. I’m particularly stuck on simplifying fractions, leading coefficient and adding exponents. Can anyone throw some light on how to go about finding a solution to such problems? I’ve tried various means that I could think of, but none helped. I need some urgent guidance now. Anybody?
