adding subtracting multiplying and dividing negative and positive fractions

I just realized that I am already late in tackling some issues with adding subtracting multiplying and dividing negative and positive fractions. I had kept it on hold hoping that I will come across good quality learning material or somebody who can help out with interval notation, unlike denominators and midpoint of a line. May be, I did not search hard enough. But at present I am running out of time. It is simply tough to get a good teacher to quickly tutor me. It is beyond what I can afford. And I need to find a fast way out. Can anybody who has had similar problems tell me as to what I can do? It will be a big help.
