converting 2/3 to decimal

I am in a real situation. Somebody assist me please. I face a lot of troubles with syntehtic division, simplifying expressions and reducing fractions and especially with converting 2/3 to decimal. I have to show some fast improvement in my math. someone told me there are plenty of Software Tools available online which can help you in algebra. I can shell out some money too for an effective and inexpensive software which helps me with my studies. Any link is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Due to health reasons you may have not been able to attend a few classes at school, but what if I can you can have your own little classroom, in your house? In fact, right on the computer that you are working on? All of us have missed some classes at some point or the other during our life, but thanks to Algebra Buster I’ve never missed much. Just like an instructor would explain in the class, Algebra Buster solves our queries and gives us a detailed description of how it was solved. I used it basically to get some help on converting 2/3 to decimal and hypotenuse-leg similarity. But it works well for all the topics.

I couldn’t agree more with what was just said.
