exponents and square roots

I have trouble with exponents and square roots. I tried hard to get someone who can assist me with this. I also searched for a teacher to coach me and solve my problems on quadratic inequalities, quadratic formula and syntehtic division. Though I located some who could possibly explain my problem, I realized that I cannot manage to pay them. I do not have a good deal of time too. My quiz is coming up before long. I am desperate. Can anybody help me out of this situation? I would very much welcome any help or any advice.

I remember having often faced problems with radical equations, roots and radical inequalities. A truly great piece of algebra program is Algebra Buster software. By simply typing in a problem homework a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many algebra classes – Remedial Algebra, Algebra 2 and Remedial Algebra.
