permutations and statistics in 9th grade math

I've always wanted to learn permutations and statistics in 9th grade math, it seems like there's a lot that can be done with it that I can't do otherwise. I've searched the internet for some good learning tools, and checked the local library for some books, but all the information seems to be directed to people who already understand the subject. Is there any resource that can help new students as well?

What exactly don't you understand about permutations and statistics in 9th grade math? I recall having problem with the same thing in Algebra 2, so I might be able to give you some advice on how to approach such problems. However if you want help with math on a long term basis, then you should check out Algebra Buster, that's what I did in my Intermediate algebra, and I have to say it's the greatest!
