square root with exponents

Hello guys. I am a student in the Basic Math. I like algebra a lot since I was young. Unfortunately I have come to a point where I can no longer solve my math exercises by myself. I had a algebra tutor, who helped me for a while with my homework, but I had to pay so much money that I had to tell him not to come anymore. Today we learnt something new: square root with exponents, and when I came home from school I noticed that I can't do my math homework, and that freaked me out. I also still don't get interval notation and inequalities. What should I do now? I adore algebra and I don't want to have low grades.
