Hello Guys, I am desperately in need of guidance for clearing my maths exam that is approaching. I really do not want to resort to the service of private instructors and web tutoring because they prove to be quite expensive. Could you suggest a perfect teaching software that can guide me with learning the basics of Remedial Algebra. In particular, I need help on slope and dividing fractions. |

With a bit more detailed information about theory of subtracting integers, I can possibly help you if I knew a few more. If you don’t want to hire a algebra tutor, who is very pricey you can try this program Algebra Buster which I encountered and guarantee to be the best available. This Algebra Buster is equipped to solve any math problem that you enter and it also clarifies every step of the solution. You only have to reprint as your homework. However, it is better to take the help of the Algebra Buster to learn math rather than use it to copy answers. |

I too have had problems in radical expressions, midpoint of a line and conversion of units. I was advised that there are a number of programs that I could try out. I tried out several but then the finest that I found was Algebra Buster. Just typed in the problem and hit the ‘solve’. I got the answer at once. On top of it, I was guided through to the answer by an easily comprehensible step-by-step process. I have relied on this program for my problems with College Algebra, College Algebra and Intermediate algebra. If I were you, I would indeed go for this Algebra Buster. |

I remember having problems with cramer’s rule, adding exponents and trinomials. Algebra Buster is a really great piece of math software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Basic Math, Remedial Algebra and Algebra 2. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended. |
