balancing chemical equations with ionization

I think God must have been in a really bad mood decided to come up with something called algebra to trouble us! I’ve spent days trying to figure out a solution to this math problem which relates to balancing chemical equations with ionization and I still can’t solve it. I’m particularly stuck on multiplying matrices, linear inequalities and multiplying fractions. Can anyone show me the way on how to go about solving such problems? I’ve tried all ways that I could think of, but none helped. I need some urgent help now. Anybody?

Hey pal! Learning balancing chemical equations with ionization online can be a disaster if you are not a pro at it. I wasn’t an expert either and really regretted my decision until I found Algebra Buster. This little program has been my buddy since then. I’m easily able to solve the problems now.
