My homework is due soon. I have even thought of hiring a algebra tutor, but they are dear. So any guidance would be greatly cherished.

I know this software, Algebra Buster which has helped manybeginners clarify their concepts. I have used this software a couple of times when I was in high school and I recommend it to every beginner.
