solving for multiple variable

Hi! We just started tackling a new chapter in math regarding solving for multiple variable and I did well for most homeworks we got but the latest one my teacher gave hard so I'd appreciate if someone would help me to understand it! It’s a problem solving assignment my algebra teacher gave out this day and it’s due next week and I tried solving it but to no avail. I can’t finish it easily unlike the other homeworks. I had no trouble answering my past homeworks but this particular assignment with specific topic of factoring polynomials gives me difficulty just figuring out how to begin. I’m desperately in need of help. I’ll really be grateful if someone help me in discussing the steps and how to solve it in a systematic and clear way.
