taking the square root of fractions

I have a difficulty with my math that needs urgent solution. The difficulty is with taking the square root of fractions. I have been looking out for somebody who can prepare me right away as my exam is coming near. But it's difficult to find someone quick enough besides it being expensive. Can anyone advice? It will be a big help.
