This book is a good source if you want to continue in Math. It helps if you have a tutor or a teacher teach it.

(p.502) - an awful example of mathematical fraud. Many problems are solved in a non-efficient, "brute force" way instead of showing powerful and elegant ideas.

This is a really good book because it shows you algrebra in a slow and easy way, kind of like adding and subtracting, but harder. I would recomend this book for anybody who thinks that pre-algrebra is hard.
